Overview
Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner. You will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity, and coaching service standards to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders as directed.
Key responsibilities
- Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity to build customer connections and loyalty.
- Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
- Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Opens and closes the store proficiently.

- Excellent customer service and a strong will to assist customer needs.

- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
