About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with experience in AI and OCR-related testing to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and developers to ensure product quality and reliability. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, improving testing efficiency, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Project, Engineering) to perform product testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies across functional, interface, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain test environments, monitor test progress, and report quality risks.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to improve product performance and model optimization.
• Document testing processes, maintain testing workflows, and ensure continuous quality improvements.
• Conduct testing across various scenarios, including AI handwriting recognition, OCR recognition, and mobile front-end testing (React Native/Flutter).
• Support automation testing initiatives and drive improvements in testing efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of software testing experience; proficient in automation testing tools.
• Familiar with the software testing lifecycle and test case design methods; prior experience with AI recognition or OCR recognition testing projects is preferred.
• Solid programming foundation in Java/Python; proficient in software testing processes; familiar with functional, interface, and performance testing.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and common middleware; strong SQL skills and experience with at least one database (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
• Proficient in mainstream testing technologies and test management tools.
• Capable of independently carrying out automation testing work.
• Strong learning and analytical skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiar with AI handwriting recognition, OCR recognition, and related testing scenarios.
• Able to conduct front-end testing (React Native/Flutter).

Nice to Have

• Mandarin proficiency is considered an asset.
