What Will You Do?
  • Drive territory performance by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals while maintaining healthy margins
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including forecasting, reporting, and strategic account growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing healthcare partners
  • Deliver in-person product training, demonstrations, and clinical support when needed
  • Provide guidance to clinicians and offer troubleshooting support to both professionals and patients, in person and remotely
  • Maintain consistent communication and engagement with clients, ensuring call activity and touchpoints align with performance expectations
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and educational seminars
  • Keep current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity to remain a trusted resource to clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on strategies and initiatives that support overall territory growth
  • Contribute to special projects or assignments as directed by sales leadership
