A municipal government organization is seeking an AI Systems Analyst to enhance its information technology solutions through the integration of AI technologies. Salary Range: $79,206.40 to $94,840.20 per year

The AI Systems Analyst role will play an important role in enhancing the City's information technology solutions through the integration of advanced AI technologies. Working closely with the Business Applications and Digital Transformation teams, the position will design, configure, test, implement, administer, and securely manage AI solutions that meet the operational needs of the City’s business operating units. The AI Systems Analyst will foster strong collaborative relationships with IT staff, project team members, other City staff and users, and external partners – such as other municipalities, agencies, and vendors – through out the solution development lifecycle, to ensure the delivery of high quality and reliable solutions that achieve defined project outcomes and align with corporate objectives and departmental requirements.

Location: City Hall, 70 Collier Street, Barrie, Ontario*
*Please note that the City has a Hybrid Work Program Procedure that may allow a hybrid work arrangement for employees who meet the eligibility requirements.
Hours: The normal hours of work are 35 hours per week in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Wage: This position is within the CUPE Local 2380 Bargaining Unit with the following pay level and 2025 pay range:
