Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Proven success in managing multiple client relationships with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, managed services, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM and PSA systems (HubSpot, HaloPSA, or similar).
  • A proactive attitude, accountability for results, and genuine care for client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews to assess satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Develop account plans aligned with client goals.
  • Drive renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health metrics and resolve client concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Service Delivery team for communication.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
