About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Client Advisor. This role is responsible for creating high impact value-added technical and analytical support to clients and grow existing relationships. You will identify opportunities to improve client performance through analytic support to identify and recommend cost saving opportunities, which may include participating in deal strategy and preparing customer presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Manages a portfolio of clients, some level of complexity with certain clients likely to exist
  • Team member on department-wide initiatives
  • Typically, one and a half to two years’ experience within the department or relevant equivalent experience
  • Make meaningful recommendations by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions and determining the appropriate course of action
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and participate in training as required
  • Identify, refine and improve processes and develop best practices that increase team efficiency and improve client satisfaction
  • Support client implementation of recommended actions and track realization of cost savings through standard dashboards and ABRs
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other business-related curriculum
  • 3 years of financial analysis/modeling experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, operational fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge in data visualization tools (Tableau, ClickView, Spotfire, Power BI)
  • Travel, including cross-border travel, required (10% - 20%)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing analytical frameworks to apply to business problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, and craft compelling narratives to influence client decisions with stakeholders across all levels of the client organization
  • Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously to drive client goals
  • Use analytic and communication skills to tell stories with data, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • 2 years of experience with transactional experience in financial services
Location

Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $76,300-$104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
