Stocking Team Leader

The Stocking Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening. This team is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor. Although this is not a management position, you should have a desire to advance to management in the future.

This is a customer service position that requires customer contact. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Stocking Team and ensure store readiness for opening.
  • Contribute to the operational efficiency of the store and customer service delivery on the general sales floor.
  • Demonstrate a desire to advance to management in the future.
  • Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Train and monitor team members, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style and understand store policies and procedures.
  • Utilize merchandising experience and a sense of urgency to excel in the role.
Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to monitor work habits and provide feedback.

Schedule
