We are seeking a mature, reliable, and experienced sales professional to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences, thrives in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment, has a natural sales ability and understands the importance of follow‑through and accountability. Our service providers depend on a strong, competent front desk team; you keep the spa running smoothly so diligence in your role is required.

This is not an entry‑level role. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception (preferably in a wellness, spa, or fitness setting) is required.

About the Role

As the first and last point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for both creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving business success through membership sales, service upgrades, and operational excellence. This position demands emotional intelligence, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and check in clients warmly and professionally
  • Confidently sell memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and retail products
  • Handle phone calls, bookings, and schedule adjustments with efficiency and accuracy using zenoti booking software
  • De‑escalate concerns, confidently uphold policies, and handle emotional clients with empathy and professionalism
  • Connect with each client you interact with to build rapport and trust and learn how to best be of service to them
  • Multi‑task under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and promote current offers
  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Take ownership of any service or operational gaps and resolve them proactively

  • A proven salesperson, comfortable talking about products and services and closing sales
  • Mature, reliable, and self‑directed — you do what needs to be done without being asked
