Qualifications

  • Experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is preferred.
  • Willingness to work rotating day and evening shifts.
  • Understanding of General Ultrasound and Echo services.

About The Job

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you would be joining a collegial and cohesive Diagnostic Imaging team. EKRH has three General Ultrasound Rooms and two Echo Rooms. Approximately 17,000 General exams are completed per year and roughly 3,000 Echo exams per year. Our community’s in Creston, Fernie and Golden offer Ultrasound services and scan ~3,000 patients per year. We are seeking to expand our services to include an additional Ultrasound room at EKRH and exploring potential ultrasound in Invermere.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.50) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating day and evenings.
