Role Summary

As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as the key technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients. Your digital forensic expertise and investigations knowledge will support the sales cycle and ensure customer success. You will report to the Manager, Solution Consultants, who oversees your region.

What You Will Accomplish
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and clients, providing in‑depth product knowledge throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance during proposal development to ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from pre‑sales to post‑sales support, working with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and onboarding.
  • Provide technical training and support to the sales team on product updates and industry trends.
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape and market trends to refine product positioning and sales strategy.
What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate indicators of success through skills and experiences, not just resumes. We welcome development and growth, and we will learn from you as you learn from us. There are a few must‑haves, kept short:

  • College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience with various computer, mobile, and cloud software solutions (e.g., AXIOM, IEF, FTK, Encase, XRY, GrayKey, GrayKey FasTrak, DVR Examiner, Magnet Witness, Griffeye, VeraKey, Cellebrite, Oxygen, etc.).
  • 3–5 years’ experience deploying forensic tools within a network environment.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in investigations involving multimedia with tools such as DVR Examiner, Magnet Witness, and Griffeye.
  • Experience with cloud and virtual machines is desirable.
  • Experience in private sector incident response, EDRM, or corporate internal investigations is desirable.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge for different audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted; actual compensation may vary by location and factors such as qualifications and experience. If applying for a role outside the primary location and selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information. If the role includes an incentive component, the range below represents total target compensation (TTC):

Compensation Range: $133,000 MIN - $190,000 MID - $247,000 MAX, Currency: USD
