We are looking for an AI Engagement Tech Lead to join our growing team and drive the deployment and evolution of our MarTech platform and solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role—ideal for someone who still loves to ship code but is equally passionate about tackling client challenges, shaping technical direction, and collaborating cross‑functionally. As a Tech Lead, you’ll serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with the core client team and our platform team on long‑term architecture, collaborating with Product Managers on roadmap planning, and working with other Technical Leads across the organization to ensure cohesion and scalability in everything we build.
Salary Range: $120,000—$160,000 CAD
