What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?

As a Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, all while providing a positive candidate experience.

How will your contributions be showcased?

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal and written offers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs, creating tailored strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for upcoming roles.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey, from initial engagement to final offer, promoting the company’s commitment to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive culture.
  • Integrate automation and AI assistants into the recruitment process to improve efficiency.
  • Integrate diversity and inclusion perspectives into recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool that brings various perspectives and backgrounds to enrich our company culture.
  • Cultivate relationships with key educational institutions, attend career fairs, and represent the company at relevant industry events, serving as a passionate brand ambassador and connecting with emerging talent.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on the use of recruitment systems and best practices.
  • Assist with special projects, events and initiatives related to talent acquisition and the Culture and Talent team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and proven ability to source and hire candidates in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (Smart Recruiters a strong asset), and HR technologies.
  • Curiosity and experience for using AI in the recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing.
  • Strong experience in IT recruitment, with an understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, all while being a team player.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners / clients / suppliers / colleagues.
