How many years of experience? 15 years

Best vs Avg Candidate: 15 years plus experience in technical design, product visions, architectural diagrams, and technical strategies. Experience in the financial industry and in payments. This person needs to be well versed in various technologies and technological trends. Very strong technically with the ability to understand financial products, how to drive business value, and how to build products from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• End to end senior designer
• Ability to run products/applications/transformation initiative
• Interface with Business. Strong communication skills.
• Ability to create strategies and visions like Cloud migration strategy
• Well versed with industry standard patterns, architectural trade-offs etc.
• Able to create comprehensive Design artifacts using UML and any other modelling languages.
