Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Drive requirement-gatheringsessions focused on object mappinganddata transformationfor the implementation of the Eightfold Talent IntelligenceAI Platform (eightfold.ai)
• Manage implementation ofdataintegration solutionsusing JSON, XML,ETL, andPython
• Be the customer’s trusted advisor onalltechnicalaspects and recommendbest practicesto meet objectives
• Collaborate with the talentedFunctionalteam to determine the feasibility of requirements
• Coachtechnical team through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
• Build relationshipswith partner technical resources
• Look for continuous improvementopportunitiesand ensure sustainable/scalable data integration practices

WHAT YOU BRING

• Solid experience inSoftware implementation cycles, data schemes, and ETL Processes
• Experience in Object-oriented programming languages - preferably Python
• Experience in Front-End Development, such as CSS,Javascript, HTML, JSON
• Experience in APIcommunication protocols, such as REST, SOAP, and Webservices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
• Experience with cloud-based solutions/SaaS preferred
• Exposure toATS/HRIS such asTaleo, iCIMS, Workday,SAPSuccessFactors,and/or Oracle, is a plus
• Initiativeto take on toughtaskswith a sense of urgencyand engagement
