Qualifications

  • Two to three years in a human resources administrative role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
  • One year of recruiting-related experience in the Construction sector.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports for Superintendents.
  • Communicate with Superintendents and Managers regarding workforce requests.

Skills

Two to three years in a human resources administrative role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
High level of proficiency with MS Office
Service-and results-oriented approach

Education

Related Office Administration Diploma/Certificate
Post-secondary education in Human Resources preferred
