As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle hiring across departments, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our team. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like, craft inclusive sourcing strategies, and ensure every hire not only meets the bar but raises it. You’ll be part of the People & Culture team.
This hybrid role is based in Ottawa.
