MatchBox is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Concrete High-Rise for a Vancouver-based developer with a flagship project in Kelowna.

You are a proven Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering landmark concrete high-rise projects.

You know how to run the show in budget, schedule, quality and safety while leading an experienced team that knows how to get it done.

You bring the judgment, presence and problem-solving skills to handle complex builds with confidence.

You want to work with a respected, well-financed developer-builder with over 40 years of success in BC.

You are looking for a role based in Vancouver with occasional travel to Kelowna where you will oversee a signature Okanagan tower from start to finish.

The Role

You will take full ownership of a major concrete high-rise residential project in Kelowna while working out of the company’s Vancouver office. You will lead the project from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring delivery meets the highest standards. This includes managing budget and schedule, guiding the consultant and construction teams, and maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders. You will be supported by an experienced, capable project team and an ownership group committed to quality and execution.
