Develop and execute category and brand strategies to meet or exceed business objectives

Translate core brand positioning into compelling consumer-facing messaging and market activation

Build comprehensive brand and sub-brand marketing plans aligned with financial targets and market share growth

Establish priorities across brands and channels, ensuring marketing programs support key business initiatives and long-term growth

Advertising, Messaging & Communications

Lead national advertising and marketing programs across traditional and digital channels

Ensure all campaigns are aligned with established brand strategies and designed to build loyalty and drive consumer engagement

Oversee the development of marketing assets, creative content, and point-of-sale materials for existing and new product initiatives

Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment, creative excellence, and strong return on investment

Direct the planning and execution of point-of-sale materials, selling tools, and in-store promotional programs at customer, regional, and national levels

Oversee in-store execution for national promotions and new product launches

Manage merchandising budgets, monitor spend, and maintain effective controls and documentation

Identify new product opportunities through consumer research, retailer and dealer input, and sales team insights

Partner with Product Development to evaluate, prioritize, and commercialize new product initiatives

Oversee product line evolution to maximize performance, profitability, and mix

Analyze product roadmaps and sales forecasts to manage inventory risk and product obsolescence while monitoring competitive dynamics

Business & Marketing Leadership

Establish departmental priorities, goals, and resource allocation to achieve business outcomes

Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with senior leadership

Partner with regional and national sales teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized and supported

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in senior marketing, brand management, and people leadership roles

Post‑secondary education in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proven experience leading complex, multi‑channel marketing initiatives

Strong project management capability

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Power BI considered an asset

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative environment
