A leading financial institution in Canada is seeking a leader for the Operational Excellence team in Insurance. This role focuses on managing processes related to Individual New Business and Underwriting Operations. Candidates should have 7-10 years of leadership experience in operations and a proven track record of driving process improvements. As a leader in the new Operational Excellence team in Insurance, you will oversee and manage all business processes related to Individual New Business and Underwriting Operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various key partners within the New Business and Underwriting teams and across Insurance with the goal of achieving Operational Excellence. As someone with a strong bias for action, you will leverage your keen attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills to continuously improve both client and employee experience, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
