As a Senior Financial Analyst at Right Traffic and related group of companies you are responsible for completing, assisting in and leading various aspects of the financial planning and analysis processes on a day-to-day basis. This project based FP&A position reports directly to the Manager FP&A, and will be responsible for analyzing the company’s historical performance, building forecasts, and assisting leadership across many different growth objectives.

Job Duties
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly financial reports
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools
  • Support the Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
  • Ad hoc FP&A related tasks within the normal scope of a senior financial analyst.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent field
  • CPA (or working towards) would be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience integrating acquisitions and similar enterprise-wide projects
  • Strong operational knowledge and business acumen
  • General knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles is a must
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics in a large, complex organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Experience working with ERP and planning software
