• Support the review of pension policies and analyze implications of policy changes.
• Coordinate new plan launches and implementation of program modifications.
• Conduct regular reviews of current programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with outside suppliers to ensure optimal service.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

3+ years of relevant experience with financial markets

Employee share ownership plan oversight experience

Experience with recordkeeping vendors

Knowledge of DC governance and investments

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Post-secondary degree in HR, Business or related field

Pursuing or completion of HR Benefits or Investment designation
