Digital Buildings Line of Business at Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to take on the role of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Segment Manager. In this role, you will lead the marketing transformation for the EcoStruxure Building portfolio. This position can be based in Montreal, Canada or London, UK.
In this entrepreneurial position, you will collaborate with the Digital Buildings Management team to develop the roadmap for offerings that support our solutions in the Healthcare and Life Sciences market segments. A strong technical background and proven experience in these segments are essential, including an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they present. You will work closely with the Healthcare and Life Sciences teams, which include solution architects, commercial leads, R&D, and project management.
The position requires strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills, along with technical and business acumen, relationship-building abilities, and a motivational approach. Collaboration and partnership within Schneider's global organization are critical for success.
