Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Engineer to own and evolve the tools, automations, and integrations that power our go-to-market teams. This role will ensure our sales outbound systems, Salesforce CRM, and connected platforms run seamlessly while surfacing accurate, actionable data for revenue teams. The ideal candidate is both technical and operational—comfortable building APIs, flows, and automations, while also partnering cross-functionally to drive process efficiency and enable scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, optimize, and integrate Salesforce with outbound and GTM tools.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Salesforce Flow, and AI-driven tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and visibility across CRM and sales systems.
  • Develop and monitor systems that leverage AI to improve efficiency over time.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver process and system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot integration and automation issues, ensuring seamless execution of sales workflows.
  • Lead operational improvement projects, surfacing insights and recommending optimizations to GTM leadership.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Engineer, GTM Engineer, or related role within a SaaS/tech startup.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills, including reporting, flows, and data modeling.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier; comfort with APIs and system integrations.
  • Preference for familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with AI-enhanced automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and relational database principles, including database structure, relationships, and data flows between systems.
