Job description

XONE Precision Medicine | Calgary, AB | Full-Time

We’re building something ambitious: a precision medicine clinic rooted in science, clarity, and real-world impact. Led by Dr. Rohan Bissoondath, founder of Preventous Collaborative Health, XONE is where personalized healthcare meets longevity science, data, and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Track and interpret emerging science in areas like immunity, inflammation, mitochondrial health, and cognitive aging.
  • Critically assess clinical studies and distill actionable insights.
  • Help design protocols and testing panels grounded in both evidence and clinical practicality.
  • Work closely with clinicians, health coaches, and performance staff to turn research into results.
  • Contribute to SOPs, internal knowledge-building, and client reports.
  • Support or grow into a client-facing role — helping patients and partners understand the “why” behind the data.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a science-related field (e.g., physiology, immunology, neuroscience, biomedical sciences).
  • Strong research skills: you know how to read the data, not just the headlines.
  • Excellent communication — especially in writing.
  • You’re resourceful, clear-headed, and take initiative without needing micromanagement.
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Elicit, or AI-powered research platforms is a strong asset.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinics, or research environments is a plus.
Why This Role Matters

This isn’t an academic exercise. It’s real work, with real clients. If you want to see your research turned into action, if you’re excited about healthspan, longevity, and being part of something innovative, this might be the right place for you.

Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
