  • Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO) required.
  • Palliative training and Pediatric experience as assets.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to travel independently within the community.

Overview

CBI Home Health is looking for passionate and caring Nurses (RPN and RN) to join our skilled team. You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence.

Work Location: Rural travel areas of Frontenac and Lennox & Addington counties in Kingston, including Denbeigh, Cloyne, Kaladar, Greater Napanee, Sharbot Lake, Hartington, Bath, Odessa, and Amherst Island.

Sign-On Bonus: $2000*

Responsibilities
  • Provide home health care with a person- and family-centered approach in clients\' homes, schools (pediatric), and other community locations.
  • Apply clinical skills in areas such as wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, pediatric care, tube feeding, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate collaborative care with interdisciplinary team members and coordinate with clients and families to access resources to meet goals.
  • Engage in health teaching and support ongoing development and clinical excellence with mentorship from managers and peers.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
  • Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO)
  • Palliative training (asset) and Pediatric experience (asset)
  • Valid CPR & First Aid certificate
  • Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening in the past 12 months
  • Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance
  • Ability to travel independently within the community
  • Valid driver\'s license (G2/G) and vehicle insurance
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills (English; bilingual in French is an asset)
