Qualifications
  • Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Proficient in IV Initiation skills.
  • Satisfactory performance appraisal in current position if internal.
  • Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning.
  • Training / experience in MDS.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in CQI teams.
  • Satisfactory Attendance for internal candidates
  • Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
  • Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check.
