Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR peers and internal clients by providing innovative and creative talent source, attraction, and assessment solutions to meet evolving recruiting and business landscapes.
  • Open and manage a bench of requisitions within our applicant tracking system and deliver a world‑class recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned client groups, ensuring a time efficient and competency‑based approach to the selection process - Sources, screens, interviews, recommends and hire internal and external candidates for regular and contract open positions.
  • Provide proactive updates on requisitions weekly to Management and clients.
  • Correctly allocate vendor invoices to Accounts Payable.
  • Accurately evaluate candidates based on core competencies, job competencies, & culture fit.
  • Report weekly & monthly to Management on key retention and attrition metrics.
  • Create and implement recruitment and talent sourcing plans for client groups.
  • Create sourcing strategy support the development and implementation of traditional and social media sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to find top talent; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Improve existing recruitment processes and tools with a focus on candidate experience. Review, make recommendations to current programs such as Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Vendor Programs, College/University Relations.
  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.
Qualifications
  • University or college‑level education in Human Resources or business administration.
  • A drive for results.
  • Comfort using social media tools including Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Proven success in working in close partnership with internal clients, vendors and HR Business Partners in a relationship‑based culture/environment.
  • A desire to deliver innovative talent practices, strategies & solutions.
