Pay Rate: $35 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a large multinational insurance company, is looking for an Analyst for an initial 18-month contract. This role is hybrid in office in Toronto. Key responsibilities include:


Key responsibilities include:

• Management portfolio reporting
• workforce performance reporting
• request-for-proposal ("RFP")
• Ad hoc reporting and operating activities as required

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
• Strong communication skills
• Strong financial analysis experience
• Knowledge of Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, an asset
• Advanced or expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of concepts related to leasing, building expenses, and capital expenditures will be an asset.
• Knowledge of Yardi Accounting System and Power BI
