Part-Time Property Manager

About Us: REMAX Property Management is dedicated to providing exceptional property management services to landlords and tenants. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part‑Time Property Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily communications: send and receive emails, respond to landlord and tenant inquiries.
  • Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and service appointments.
  • Manage leases: track expirations, renew leases, and issue notices.
  • Collaborate with the accountant to chase unpaid rent and assist landlords in filing ORT claims.
  • Represent landlords at ORT court hearings when necessary.
  • Write and post rental property ads; handle inquiries by phone and email.
  • Host open houses and showings to secure new tenants.
  • Conduct market research to help landlords determine appropriate rent pricing.
  • Screen prospective tenants and process applications.
  • Perform detailed move‑in and move‑out walkthroughs, document property condition, and ensure units are tenant‑ready.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in property management is an asset, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Fluency in English is required; ability to speak Mandarin is an asset.
  • Comfortable handling both administrative and field‑based (open house, etc.) property management tasks.
