Job Summary

Bitdeer Inc. is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our US datacenter construction projects. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both construction management and electrical engineering. This role reports to the General Manager of the US Datacenter Business and requires close collaboration with our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead project planning, defining scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and leadership.
• Contractor Management: Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including selection, contract negotiation, and supervision to ensure work adheres to quality standards and specifications.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight: Proactively manage project risks, including budget deviations, schedule delays, and on-site emergencies, ensuring all safety standards and codes are met.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of communication, providing regular project updates and budget reports to internal teams and executive leadership.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams, contractors, and other external partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Solid background in electrical engineering, with experience in medium and low voltage power supply and distribution systems.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to traverse all areas of a construction site in various weather conditions.
• Ability to travel as required for projects.
