Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and execute projects related to document and data processing within the Product team
• Monitor and manage workflows to ensure timely and accurate handling of documents and data
• Manage, coach, and support a team of Data Annotators, promoting accountability and collaboration
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and deadlines
• Ensure processes meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a software or data-driven environment
• Understanding of heavy equipment in agriculture or construction
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with development and project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, AHA or similar)
