A leading agriculture company is seeking a Project Excellence & Governance Manager in Saskatoon, responsible for delivering capital project management excellence within the Potash portfolio. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience, preferably in mining or industrial sectors, along with a degree in Engineering. This role emphasizes leadership and mentoring in a collaborative environment, and is onsite only.

The Project Excellence & Governance Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager, Capital Portfolio and is responsible for ensuring that the Potash Capital Portfolio consistently delivers its intended business value.
This role provides strategic leadership, governance, and coaching across the Potash Operating Segment by strengthening project management practices, aligning processes with Nutrien’s Stage-Gate framework, and enabling continuous improvement in capital project delivery. The position partners with Site Portfolio Managers, Project Controllers, and Project Managers to drive excellence, ensure effective oversight, and build organizational capability.
This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and is not available for remote work.
Salary and title will be based on the level of education and experience of the candidate.
