What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate the writing of purchase orders for Environment Projects staff utilizing Oracle Cloud
  • Match invoices with purchase orders; work closely with Accounts Payable
  • Resolve invoice errors with vendors; serve as a liaison to ensure timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain essential project controls deliverables
  • Cost / Schedule Reports & Variance Analyses
  • Monthly Progress Reports
  • Project Change Management Procedures
  • Project Controls Plan
  • Perform quality control on all project control deliverables for completeness and accuracy
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, technical discipline, or 7-10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven proficiency with Oracle Cloud and experience creating purchase orders
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products
