A leading fitness software provider in Canada is looking for a Program Manager of Product Development. This role involves managing key projects, utilizing Agile methodology, and ensuring successful delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in project management with required certifications and a focus on Agile teams. The position offers a competitive salary and various employee benefits.
The Program Manager of Product Development will manage key projects and programs relating to ABC products, being responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects to ensure they are completed successfully. Oversee all aspects of planning and delivery, utilizing Agile methodology, from epics and user stories, project increment planning, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, vendor management, risk and issue management, and monitoring, summarizing, and communicating progress to various levels of stakeholders. Provides leadership and direction to formal and informal project resources and defines and implements standardized processes that conform to Agile and project management best practices.
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
