A leading restoration company is seeking a Professional Painter/Mudder in Canada to serve the community during emergencies. You'll establish relationships with property owners, perform restoration tasks, and participate in community events. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have relevant experience. Competitive training and mentorship will be provided.

Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.
Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
