What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer support over the phone for financial accounting applications and templates
- Troubleshoot issues reported by end-users and guide them in using the software application
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails in an inbound call queue
- Maintain and update records of procedures, processes, and client information
- Perform minor software testing and document hardware and software changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Foundational knowledge in accounting and financial statements
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to analyze data and utilize problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); French is an asset
- Accurate and efficient keyboarding and data entry skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of or exposure to accounting, assurance, and tax principles
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
