About Lifemark

For over 26 years, Lifemark has been a trusted leader in rehabilitation across Canada, dedicated to helping Canadians live life well. With a national network of over 325 clinics and a team of 6,000 professionals, we provide comprehensive care with a local touch. Our team includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, mental health professionals and more, reflecting the diverse communities we serve and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Lifemark is proud to be part of the Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw family of companies, creating a connected, patient-first ecosystem that brings quality care to more Canadians, every day. Our vision is to create a future where interdisciplinary healthcare providers are part of a primary care ecosystem that makes it easier for Canadians to receive treatments when they need them.

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You’ll be more than a care provider; you’ll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, meeting people where they are in their health journeys and delivering patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

  • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
  • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Are you the right fit?

We’re seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener and clear communicator who seeks to understand what motivates patients to tailor a plan of care to meet their needs. You are driven to grow professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
  • Professional liability insurance (as required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
