The Opportunity
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Partner Manager for the Western US regions and APAC, where you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Orchestry’s partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, identifying and recruiting new partners, and nurturing existing partnerships to achieve mutual success and drive revenue growth. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage partner sales pipeline in the Western US and APAC regions
- Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the Western US and APAC regions
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities
- Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends
- Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Monitor and update our CRM and related systems with critical partner intelligence
- Other partnership and sales activities as required, from time-to-time.
What You Bring
- 3 -5 years of proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the Microsoft space, (bonus if in an early-stage startup environment!)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners
- Technically-savvy with a flair for product demos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams especially in remote, async-first cultures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events, ~20% of the time within North America
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package aligned to our location & phase of growth, including:
- Base Salary: $82,000 - $116,000 CAD
- OTE $164,000 - $232,000 CAD
