About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Operational Learning Architect. In this role, you will build the end-to-end learning and knowledge infrastructure that supports operational excellence across Fleet Care, Logistics, and related teams. The incumbent is responsible for architecting digital learning, standardizing documentation, and optimizing knowledge systems such as SharePoint to ensure content accuracy, usability, and accessibility.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop self-paced digital learning modules.
  • Translate complex processes into clear, engaging content.
  • Modernize and standardize existing training materials.
  • Create, update, and govern SOPs, workflows, and job aids.
  • Maintain SharePoint architecture, taxonomy, and usability.
  • Develop communications on new learning, best practices, SOP updates, and tools.
  • Manage intake of training, documentation, and process requests.
  • Partner with SMEs and Operations to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Apply learner and usage data to improve content and systems.
  • Support onboarding with accurate, accessible resources.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, documentation, or operational training functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create digital learning modules using tools such as Rise, Storyline, or Captivate.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user and learner data to inform improvements.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint or comparable knowledge management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outputs.
  • Experience standardizing documentation templates and practices.
  • Ability to simplify complex operational information for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated change-readiness or change management support experience.

Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 to $86,000. annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
