Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing residential condominium properties.
• Direct experience overseeing new condominium developments from interim occupancy to registration.
• Strong understanding of the Condominium Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for developer and resident inquiries.
• Monitor contractor work for compliance with building standards.
