Job Purpose

The Neuropsychologist (PC01) is responsible for providing neuropsychological services to a variety of referral source.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PHD or PsyD) in Neuropsychology or in Clinical Psychology with training in Neuropsychology.
  • Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Psychologist with the New Brunswick College of Psychologists.
  • Two years of experience and expertise in the area of Neuropsychology.
  • Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
  • Ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Good work record.
Key Responsibilities
  • Performing neuropsychological assessments and differential diagnosis.
  • Providing consultation to other health care professionals.
  • Maintaining clinical records and documentation.
  • Participating in interdisciplinary care planning.
  • Preparing and presenting information and education sessions.
  • Supervising and overseeing the work of psychometrists, residents in psychology or students.
  • Participating in developing, maintaining and evaluating policies and procedures.
