• 7+ years of experience in building and industrial design.
• Familiarity with spec writing.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, CSA, and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Design HVAC systems and specialized piping systems.
• Conduct energy modeling and feasibility studies.

Skills

Proficiency in Revit/BIM

Strong knowledge of Canadian Building Code

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
