Duties & Responsibilities
  • Read and accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work orders, and technical drawings to understand production requirements
  • Sets up production
  • Assembles small and large products
  • Inspects products and components
  • Help paints products, when required
  • Trouble shoots paint issues
  • Tests finished products
  • Performs RMA Failure Analysis
  • Trains existing and new team members as required
  • Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling, including calibration
  • Works under moderate supervision
  • Typically reports to a supervisor/manager
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Familiarity with painting processes using paint gun and techniques, particularly for manifolds and transmissions, is highly desirable.
  • Position requires the use of respiratory protective equipment while painting. To ensure a proper seal and meet safety standards, employees must be able to wear a respirator.
  • Ability to effectively use hand tools and follow technical instructions and specifications.
  • Strong ability to maintain high-quality standards and proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment or independently, as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Working Conditions
  • Manufacturing facility environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and physical tasks.
  • Requires wearing personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, as per safety guidelines.
  • Regularly involves lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
