With more than 65 years of ongoing success we continue to expand and excel in providing the best for our customers. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service. As our company continues to grow, we need to add more people to our award-winning team!We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Oversee daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storing, and distributing products- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to ensure inventory accuracy and organization- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock rotation- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and timely- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costsExperience:- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, etc.- Experience with heavy lifting and handling various packages- Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues- Excellent organizational and leadership skillsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* Paid time offExperience:* warehouse: 4 years (required)Work Location: In person
