As our company continues to grow, we need to add more people to our award-winning team!We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Oversee daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storing, and distributing products- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to ensure inventory accuracy and organization- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock rotation- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and timely- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costsExperience:- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, etc.- Experience with heavy lifting and handling various packages- Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues- Excellent organizational and leadership skillsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* Paid time offExperience:* warehouse: 4 years (required)Work Location: In person
