Position Title : Manager, Enterprise Systems and Data Integration
Status : FT Admin Contract (Until December 18, 2026)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Campus / Location : The University of Guelph-Humber (207 Humber College Blvd, Toronto) is located within the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit.
Salary : $103,276
Under the general direction of the Head, Finance, IT and Administration, the Manager, Enterprise Systems and Data Integration is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, maintenance, security and compliance of all enterprise applications and systems that support the University’s operations and processes. Focus areas include security, reliability, usability, compatibility and accessibility. The incumbent will oversee the implementation of information systems policies and strategies at the university-wide corporate level.
The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to the Enterprise Systems and Data Integration small team in the delivery of best-in-class information technology solutions to the campus community, in alignment with the short- and long-term goals of the university and partner institutions (University of Guelph and Humber Polytechnic). The role includes ensuring efficient use of technology resources, improvement of IT procedures and processes, and the planning, design and implementation of new custom corporate applications. It also covers the operations management of enterprise applications including integrating students’ and instructors’ data from partner enterprise systems and applications, and technical support of UofGH corporate systems, related software infrastructure and multi-cloud applications, in support of academic operations.
