A leading hospitality services provider located in Fort McMurray, Alberta is seeking a Lodge Manager responsible for daily operations at the lodge. The role requires 5+ years of hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and budgeting skills. The successful candidate will work a 14 days on and 7 days off shift with transportation provided. WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 14 days on and 7 days off, with 12-hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point in Edmonton.
TheLodge Manageris responsible for the daily operation of the Lodge. The successful candidate will bring their operational, people management and customer service expertise to the project to support the development of a dynamic high functioning team.
This position is safety sensitive and requires drug,alcohol, and fit to work testing as a condition of employment.
