As part of the Student Services Team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service, Library Services and Student Experience, the Library Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of services to users of the Library at respective campuses. The successful candidate will provide user support and assistance for library resources, troubleshoot and escalate any concerns with finding resources as well as assist with reporting and data analysis.
In this role, key responsibilities will be to:
