Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleaned and sanitized dishes and equipment.
• Maintain dishwashing station and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and report any issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Adhere to safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
