Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process requests to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle various transaction types including deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain and update client account information accurately.
• Perform data entry and ensure compliance for banking products.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.

Skills

Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
