Are you a recent graduate or early in your engineering career? Join Fleetway’s Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team and gain hands-on experience supporting the next generation of Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) ships. We’re currently seeking junior Engineers and Technologists who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Responsibilities
  • Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling.
  • Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to:
    • Maintenance planning
    • Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
    • Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR&M)
    • Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
    • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
    • Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
  • Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
  • Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications

Education

  • A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Technology (or a related discipline).

Experience & Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in an engineering or technical role—co-op or internship experience is welcome.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Interest in naval engineering, logistics, and systems thinking.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
